JEMP was founded in December 2019 with a specific purpose in financial consulting (Debt and Equity). In 2021, it becomes a non-financial holding company, focusing on investments in the renewable energy sector. To achieve this objective, experienced people in the infrastructure and finance market were sought to develop the business model and risk assessment. They are professionals with experience in finance, people, costs and infrastructure, with an emphasis on electricity.

 

In September 2021, JEMP have make the offer to purchase its first 336MW energy park (Photovoltaic) which will be in operation in January 2025.

 

It is JEMP's purpose in 2023 to have its Equity Investment Fund (FIP) which will contribute to the development of In House projects providing growth and expansion of its electricity generation capacity.
